Within 3 Months: You’ve successfully onboarded, understood our architecture, and completed your first small tasks under the guidance of a senior mentor.
Within 6 Months : You are independently handling smaller infrastructure improvements and contributing to the system stability.
Within 12 Months : You have a solid grasp of our AI platform and can take ownership of mid-size feature development or automation projects.
