At IDC, we drive technological innovation, delivering critical insights and market intelligence to businesses worldwide. We’re building our third AI team at IDC, and we’re looking for top engineers to help us build AI-powered search tools, validate them, deployed them to cloud, and monitor them.

Responsibilities

• ▪Designing, implementing, and maintaining testing and deployment workflows to ensure seamless CI/CD.
• ▪Monitoring and maintaining applications in production, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• ▪Optimizing AI architectures using Python libraries and cloud-based tools.
• ▪Architecting and optimizing large data storages and data formats.

Qualifications

• ▪Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ▪2+ years of experience in a production codebase.
• ▪Proficiency in Python and Git.
• ▪Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS) or relevant certifications.
• ▪Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, LangFuse) and with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
• ▪Working experience with generative AI models (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Amazon Bedrock) being a plus but not required.
