This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and transformation , focused on identifying opportunities to leverage AI, intelligent automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service delivery.

You will lead both strategy and execution , working closely with clients to embed scalable automation capabilities across functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Opportunity Identification

• ▪Identify and shape AI and automation opportunities across business functions
• ▪Define automation roadmaps aligned to GBS, Shared Services, and transformation programmes
• ▪Assess current processes and identify automation and AI use cases

Solution Design & Delivery

• ▪Lead design and implementation of automation solutions , including:
• ▪RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
• ▪AI / ML driven workflows
• ▪Intelligent document processing
• ▪Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to business objectives

Transformation & Value Realisation

• ▪Drive cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and service optimisation through automation
• ▪Build business cases and track ROI and realised benefits
• ▪Support integration of automation into broader transformation initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement

• ▪Work closely with business, IT, and leadership teams
• ▪Translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions
• ▪Act as a trusted advisor on automation strategy and AI adoption

Capability Building

• ▪Support development of automation frameworks, governance, and best practices
• ▪Mentor teams and build internal and client-side capabilities
• ▪Stay ahead of market trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation
