Původní popisek. • Enable predictable and value-focused delivery across cross-functional engineering teams by applying flow principles and continuous improvement practices.
- ▪Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to align on priorities, define delivery goals, and ensure shared understanding of outcomes.
- ▪Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, daily stand-ups) and ensure they drive meaningful insights and improvements.
- ▪Optimize and implement agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum based on the team's context, maturity, and business needs.
- ▪Use flow metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, WIP, flow efficiency) to forecast delivery timelines and improve predictability.
- ▪Drive a culture of continuous improvement through data-informed experiments and coaching teams on agile, lean, and flow best practices.
