• ▪Taking responsibility for planning activities for the assigned portfolio of sales orders.
• ▪Creating production orders based on requests from the after-sales team.
• ▪Regular reporting of critical project and anonymous items in sales orders.
• ▪Continuous monitoring of open requests in sales orders.
• ▪Verifying the availability of subcomponents.
• ▪Deciding on in-house production or purchasing.
• ▪Copying and setting up new items in the ERP system.
• ▪Cooperating with other colleagues in the team and across the company (production, purchasing, sales).
• ▪Process optimization – simplification, automation, use of new IT technologies, etc.

Job Requirements

• ▪Minimum secondary education (ideally in a technical field)
• ▪Experience in engineering production is an advantage
• ▪Ability to read technical drawings
• ▪Communicative knowledge of English
• ▪Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power BI is an advantage)
