We are looking for a hands-on 3D Technical Artist with a strong technical mindset who can go beyond asset creation and significantly improve how scenes, characters, and interactions feel inside Unity.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- ▪Improve scene quality directly inside Unity.
- ▪Enhance gameplay feel through animation, rigging, color, contrast, and visual accents.
- ▪Improve character behavior and presentation via animation.
- ▪Identify weak areas in scenes and propose practical improvements.
- ▪Optimize and refine technical setup of visual content.
- ▪Work on rigging, skeletal setup, and animation integration.
- ▪Improve environment readability, composition, and atmosphere.
- ▪Translate gameplay needs into strong visual execution.
- ▪Support and mentor other artists when needed.
- ▪Raise overall visual and technical quality of prototypes.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- ▪Fluent English (spoken and written).
- ▪4+ years of experience in game development.
- ▪Strong skills in 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent).
- ▪Solid Unity experience:
- ▪Scene setup, prefabs, materials, lighting, colliders.
- ▪Strong understanding of rigging and skeletal animation.
- ▪Experience integrating and improving animations in Unity.
- ▪Ability to create and refine contextual animations.
- ▪Understanding of technical art fundamentals:
- ▪Shaders, materials, optimization, scene readability.
- ▪Strong sense of color, contrast, accents, and visual hierarchy.
- ▪Ability to improve scene composition and atmosphere.
- ▪Understanding of physics behavior and interaction feel.
- ▪Ability to work directly in Unity and solve problems independently
- ▪Basic programming knowledge for technical setup and iteration.
Nice to have
- ▪Shader Graph or custom shader experience.
- ▪VFX / particle systems experience.
- ▪VR development experience.
- ▪Gameplay prototyping experience.
- ▪Video editing / presentation skills.
- ▪Experience with blendshapes and facial animation systems.
